The team will make arrangements for the necessary permits, post which you'll be heading further up the NH-22 tomorrow and soon enter a locale without conveniences, such as communication networks.
DAY 7: KALPA – NAKO LAKE (120 KM)
As you travel advancing up the Hindustan-Tibet roadway, the mountain scenery begins to change from green to rough and desolate. Riding along the Sutlej you'll reach Spello where your permits will be checked.

The support staff will help set up our own camp here and cook the evenings dinner while you can take the walk upto the lake. Accommodation will be 2 persons in one 4-man tent. Nature’s call will have to be answered in a small toilet tent with a folding camping toilet (homemade-type, with saw-dust!). Although an “awkward” experience, besides being eco-friendly its a lot better than having to find an inconspicuous spot in the open, flat & barren surroundings of the lake at 4200 M (that too after dark, in windy & cold conditions).
DAY 11: CHANDRA TAL – MANALI (125 KM)
Once you are done with your breakfast now it’s time to say to the Moon Lake and head down to the Lahaul Valley. Your ride from Chandra Taal to Gramphu will offer you with some mesmerizing scenic views.

DAY 14: SHOJA – SHIMLA (155 KM)
You’ll come back to Shimla, and spend the last day of your tour relaxing or visiting the nearby places, doing some shopping or more as you prefer.

Meals will be served in the train and is included in the overall package. At the New Delhi Railway Station an Enfield Point representative will guide you through to reach the desired locations, which will also depend on the purchase of Farewell by you.
